Refunds & returns

Under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order, and return any items within 7 days of delivery for any reason. A full refund shall be given within 28 days of the product being returned.

A refund shall be made by cheque for the full amount you are owed.

Returns are made at the customers own cost, unless an error was made on the part of Southern Ornaments.

Items must be returned to Southern Ornaments in a re-sellable condition.
